GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Muslim Women’s Travel Group (MWTG) is a women‑centered travel community that hosts Halal‑friendly group trips around the world, focused on cultural immersion, safety, community, and shared experiences.
The Jordan 2026 trip offers Muslim women the chance to explore the history, heritage, nature, and landscapes of Jordan with local experts, guided excursions, group meals, and organised transport — blending adventure, learning, and connection.
PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS
Day 1 — Arrival & Welcome (Amman):
Arrive at Queen Alia International Airport, meet the MWTG representative, private transfer to hotel, group dinner & introductions.
Day 2 — Amman & Jerash:
Explore Amman Citadel, Roman Amphitheatre, souks of downtown, Jerash’s Greco‑Roman ruins, and Seven Sleepers Cave; dinner and overnight in Amman.
Day 3 — Karak Castle, Little Petra & Petra Balloon Ride:
Visit Karak Castle, Little Petra, and enjoy a balloon ride at sunset over Petra (weather permitting); overnight near Petra.
Day 4 — Petra & Wadi Rum Expedition:
Full day at Petra — walk through the Siq and explore the Treasury, Royal Tombs, and ancient city. Then travel to Wadi Rum for a desert train trip & 4×4 tour, BBQ dinner, and overnight in a Bedouin camp.
Day 5 — Aqaba (Free Day):
Transfer to Aqaba on the Red Sea. Free day to relax on the beach, snorkel, dive, explore old town or visit markets and mosques at leisure; overnight in Aqaba.
Day 6 — Wadi Al‑Moujeb & Dead Sea:
Adventure at Wadi Al‑Moujeb with hiking through canyons, then travel to the Dead Sea to float in the salty waters; overnight at the Dead Sea.
Day 7 — Mount Nebo, Madaba & Return to Amman:
Visit Mount Nebo (burial site of Prophet Musa, with views of the Holy Land), explore Madaba’s mosaics (including St. George Church), then return to Amman for farewell dinner.
Day 8 — Departure:
Breakfast and departure from Amman, ending the Jordan adventure.
